From reception and management positions to strategic management, she has first-hand knowledge of the industry's processes. At MICE DESK, she is responsible for the analysis, optimization and implementation of efficient processes as well as the structured onboarding of new hotel partners. With her flair for detail, her strength in change management and her passion for clear structures, she ensures that hotels get off to a smooth start and benefit from MICE DESK's solutions in the long term.

With over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, Silvana stands for operational excellence, customer orientation and a keen sense of team leadership. At MICE DESK, she develops and supports the operational team with the aim of ensuring excellent service quality. Her particular strength lies in combining in-depth industry knowledge with technical know-how: she enables colleagues to use digital tools confidently and provides customers and employees with equally competent, clear and sustainable support.

Michel brings with him a passion for sales and the hotel industry in an ideal combination. After training as a hotel specialist and graduating from the renowned Zurich Hotel Management School, he gained extensive operational and management experience in various Zurich hotels, always with close proximity to banqueting, events and conventions. His enthusiasm for our products is infectious and his understanding of the industry makes him a strong partner at eye level. He particularly appreciates the fact that he can continue to play an active role in shaping the hotel industry with us and still have time for his young family.

Marc has extensive experience in sales and the hotel industry. After holding management positions in the areas of sales, food & beverage and event management, he switched to internal sales and worked there successfully as a sales consultant for three years. He joined the MICE DESK sales team in July 2025 with a passion for digital innovations and AI-supported processes that create efficiency and enable genuine customer proximity. His combination of sales strength, service orientation and leadership experience makes him a committed partner for sustainable customer satisfaction and successful business relationships.

Nina leads the operations team at MICE DESK with a focus on motivation, collaboration and personal development. As a trained restaurant specialist, she has around eight years of experience in the hotel and event industry, particularly in weddings, large events and trade fairs, where her creative eye for detail is appreciated. With her solution-oriented approach, her positive charisma and her open ear for colleagues, she is an important support for the team. Nina has been one of the first employees at MICE DESK for three years and has been actively involved in the growth of the company from the very beginning.

Hans combines sound training and academic expertise: after completing his hotel management training and a bachelor's degree in applied leisure science at Bremen University of Applied Sciences, he now leads an operations team at MICE DESK with a clear structure and a strong focus on quality. As the first point of contact for his team, he ensures resource management, prioritization and coaching - from quotation processes to the induction of new colleagues. At the same time, he is an active role model, spending a large part of his time working directly on projects with hotels. With his commitment to feedback systems, SLA management and continuous development, Hans ensures that quality and team spirit go hand in hand.
