What we do and how we work:

MICE DESK is a SaaS-first provider of hotel AI software for convention & group sales. With our Rocket platform, we offer hotels three flexible models: from pure AI hotel software to software & crew combinations. This enables us to help hoteliers process their MICE and group inquiries up to 15× faster, integrate seamlessly into their existing hotel software and sustainably increase conversion rates.

Our mission: to transform convention sales in the DACH market with state-of-the-art AI technology and in-depth hotel industry experience. We combine software innovation with operational expertise to provide hotels with immediate relief and measurable efficiency gains.

Working at MICE DESK:

Our dynamic team of over 50 employees is spread across Germany and mainly works remotely. You have the freedom to organize your workplace flexibly and benefit from the advantages of working from home. Modern office and meeting rooms are available in Leipzig, where teams meet regularly and drive projects forward together.

Our mission and vision

In summer 2024, we received over EUR 1 million in growth capital through a strategic partnership with investors D11Z and Scalehouse Capital. With this step, we are further expanding our technology, growing our team and pursuing ambitious goals until 2027.

We want to actively counter the shortage of skilled workers in Convention & Group Sales and strengthen the hotel industry in Germany in the long term.
