What we do and how we work:

With its MICE DESK brand, myhotel.team GmbH is a leading provider of hybrid solutions in the area of Group & Convention Sales. Our team takes care of the entire organization and coordination of event sales for our hotel customers. This includes processing inquiries, creating tailor-made offers and contracts, booking in the PMS and evaluating relevant key figures.

With a dynamic team of over 50 employees, we are spread all over Germany and mainly work remotely. You have the freedom to organize your workplace according to your needs and benefit from the advantages of working from home. In Leipzig, we have beautiful office and meeting rooms where our employees can meet regularly and work together on projects. We prioritize close communication and a strong sense of togetherness. That's why we organize regular face-to-face meetings to strengthen the team spirit, share experiences and get to know each other better.

In summer 2024, we received an investment of over EUR 1 million through the strategic partnership with investors D11Z and Scalehouse Capital. This will enable us to further develop our technology and expand the team. We have set ourselves ambitious goals for 2027 and are very much looking forward to welcoming all new colleagues who will support us on our mission in the coming years. Together, we want to tackle the shortage of skilled workers in the Convention & Group Sales sector and improve the hotel industry in Germany.
