From a performance-based commission model to a flexible on-demand model
Until now, we have pursued a billing model that aimed to take over most or all of the hotel's convention sales department and charge performance-based fees. However, we have recently recognized that hoteliers' requirements are changing and have therefore developed an innovative model that better adapts to current needs.
The original pricing model was developed even before the company was founded in collaboration with decision-makers from the private and chain hotel industry. "In our discussions with hotel representatives, it became clear that we needed to assume some of the entrepreneurial risk to foster long-term partnerships. This happened at a time when everyone was still thinking about the potential impact of the next lockdown," recalls our Managing Director Bernd Fritzges.
The new "on-demand model" offers fixed prices for specific services and is perfectly tailored to the flexible needs of hotel customers. This model allows hotels to use our services quickly and individually without having to commit to a long-term contract. Prices are transparent and tiered depending on the scope of services.
Quick solutions for staff shortages
Our team is characterized by exceptional speed and flexibility when it comes to starting a collaboration. For hotels suddenly faced with staffing shortages, we offer a rapid solution. From the initial consultation to onboarding, we now only take 3-4 weeks. Onboarding itself can be completed within a few days.
Our current commission-based pricing model will continue to be offered and serves as a full-service package for those seeking comprehensive support. The new pricing model, however, is specifically designed for those who need quick and flexible support.
