MICE DESK at the ITB 2024
This year marks a significant premiere for us, as this is the second time we have attended the world's largest tourism trade fair, but the first time we have had our own stand.
From March 5 to 7, we will be presenting ourselves and our services at stand 111 in hall 7.1c and will also be offering space for three other top-class sub-exhibitors to present themselves at our stand. Together we form a diverse range of offers in the areas of business travel, technology and hospitality.
Our team has carefully designed the MICE DESK stand to meet the needs of all trade fair visitors. A large reception counter invites spontaneous conversations, while two open seating areas create a relaxed atmosphere for in-depth discussions. In addition, a closed room with table and chairs is available for undisturbed meetings.
After the success of last year's ITB, we are looking forward to meeting many old friends again and the opportunity to make new contacts. Last year we were fully booked and now our diaries are starting to fill up. We therefore encourage all interested parties to register early and secure an exclusive appointment.
ITB MICE Night on March 5
Another highlight is our role as the main organizer of the official ITB MICE Night on the evening of 5 March. Together with the Association of Event Organizers(VDVO) and the main sponsor Oman, the official guest country of ITB 2024, the exclusive MICE Night will take place at NIO House Berlin.
An evening full of networking, culinary delights from the host country Oman and entertaining activities awaits the participants.
All business partners who make an appointment with us at ITB will also secure the exclusive chance to win a VIP ticket for the MICE Night. Further information will follow after the appointment has been made.
